I don't reccommend anyone living here. I lived here with my fiance and my small daughter back around February 2003 and there was hardly every any parking. I remember the elevators were almost always broken and we had to carry ourselves and our small child (and gear) up to the fifth floor. The tennis courts were chained up (for what reason, I don't know) people treated the pool area like dirt, and once my hubby and I were trying to barbecue and some dirty little kids hung around the area. When the chicken was cooked they had the nerve to ask us for some. Very ghetto. Took a while for maintainence to respond when there was a problem, and the trash was never taken care of in a timely fashion. People left their garbage bags outside their apartments which always stunk up the hallway. The police was called once because our neighbor's apartment smelled very strongly of gas and we were told to stay inside until they could prove it wasn't harmful. There are nasty bugs in the stairwell and writing on the wall. Pool's waterfall is nice and serene, but when you look at the type of people who live there, it's really a disgrace. Don't get me started on the security gaurds who do sleep on the job and flirt with married women with kids in the backseat of their car. Awful. Nightmare. Don't come here.
