neighbourhood is nice although it is located on est of I-95, BUTTT noise from I-95 is enormous, noise from the raliroad is horrible, we feel like we are having an earthquake when the train passes by, the apartments certainly do not worth the amount of money you are paying here. Gym is very very small, I call it the micro gym. the pool is crowded with kids who are not attended by their parents, i dont know if you could trust the cleanliness of that water to swim in. The tennis courts are not taken care of good, nets torn. be careful with the parking, once they towed my car for no reason, and I had to go to hialeah to get my car from the towing agency, it was a horrible experince. they towed my car although i had a resident sticker(the thing that you hang on to your mirror), and they still demanded money for towing.
Management is very very unhelpful in most issues. Just go get a nice apartment for the same rent amount in a decent part of the town..
