Like many other residents, I saw the beautiful leasing office. Once I moved in, the nightmare began. The office manager is very rude and unprofessional. After a pipe blew and flooded my apartment and ruined my phone lines I was told I had to call my telephone company and that they would look into my carpet situation. Three days past, and my apartment smells like cow crap. They refuse to give you corporate's phone number and they never return calls promptly.
OFFIVE STAFF............UNPROFESSIONAL and DISGRACEFUL!
