I AM A CURRENT RESIDENT AT AVENTURA HARBOR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!! THE LEASING STAFF IF HORRIBLE, MEAN AND RUDE!!! THE HALLS ARE DIRTY AND NASTY,THE RESIDENTS ARE LOUD AND THE PARKING IS A MESS..
THE SECURITY IS USELESS AND ALWAYS LET ANYONE IN.
THERE ARE ALSO DRUG ADDICTS IN THE BUILDING..
I HAVE NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM HERE AT THIS PLACE. I AM QUIET AND ALWAYS PAY MY RENT ON TIME. I LOOKED INTO MOVING INTO A NICE APARTMENT AND THE LEASING PEOPLE SAID SOME HORRIBLE THINGS ABOUT ME WHICH CAUSED ME TO NOT GET APPROVED.
IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE... DON'T DO IT....
