This place is a fake from the beginning cause let me tell you, its not even in aventura, nor is it near the harbor.

Let me start out saying this place looks great at first, yeah it has a waterfall going into a pool and they are extremely nice to you before you sign the lease.

Parking is terrible, most of the spots are barely big enough for your car to fit in (even a compact car) and your car will get hit by someones door eventually. The only place that doesnt smell like garbage is the center where the pool and leasing office is.

If you live on the first floor there is a HUGE insect problem. Their maintenance is less than par and takes them way too long to get anything fixed. It took 1 week for a maintenence guy to come fix the air conditioning and he didnt even fix it. he had to come back 3 days later to fix it again. Even then it hasnt worked right cause it freezes all the time and we had to have the maintenance guy come out 4 times since.

The BIGGEST TURNOFF of this place is the staff, they are rude and do not cohere to reason (especially the manager in charge). They are friendly and helpfull until you sign your life away, after that they dont do anything to help you out. The dont accept packages if your at work, not everyone tells you accurate information (they told me they need a 30 day written notice when it is actually a 60 day, now they want me to pay twice as much for 1 month!!!), they do everything they can to drain every last cent from you. They lose mail, dont trust them, if you hand them something make sure they sign for it saying they recieved it!!

Overall this place is NOT worth the trouble, i now have bad credit, im broke, in debt and regretting ever moving into aventura harbor apartments.
