I have been living at Aventura Harbor for 3 years now and it's a very pleasant place to live. The scenery is very nice with the waterfall at the pool and the maintenance is usually kept to expectations. The staff at the front office are respectful and courteous and are usually on top of all maintenance issues. I am also pleased with the fact that we have our own security who almost always verifies with the residents to make sure we keep unwanted guests/intruders to a minimum. I have to say I don't understand why all the bad comments. I know many other residents that feel as positive as I do and we don't hear anything close to what some of these commentors have said. In deed, I would definitely recommend this area to even my most personal friends. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
