I live in Aventura harbor. First day the sales people and staff were nice. After i signed one year lease, everything changed....

1. NO PRIVACY!!!!! They can barge in to your house anytime, without any prior notice..
---> damn u guys this is not a hotel, its our house, we pay u rent....

2. No Parking!!!! You have to park a mile away if u come little late in the day...

3. Horrible Construction!!! Everything in the apartment is falling out.

4. Air Conditions does not work - Very OLD air-conditions, NO Maintenance or service

5. Molds everywhere in the house, carpers, air ducts....you dont want to get sick.

6. Long Walk ways - if you buy a grocery and park a mile away, no just u have to carry ur stuff in the bulding u have to walk a long way to reach to ur apartments.

7. You cant get any other cable provider or DISH Antenna - EXCLUSIVE TIE UP WITH TERRIBLE CAMCO CABLE...you will need glasses very soon, if you see any channel from them....very poor reception


8. Recycled Water - Forget to get clean & clear water, No way you can think of drinking it


9. Worst security...Most of the apartments had broken doors and door locks...if you find out how many houses were robbed... people lost there TV's computers and what not....

10. Very ARROGANT STAFF ......try and deal with them, they think they are the GODS ALMIGHTY. Horrible service and maintenance staff. Very Unprofessional!

lived here for the past month just moved from rhode island and everything everyone has said about crappy service is true i cant wait to break the lease asap and if you move in here you are a fool let there rodent invested apartments rot to the ground with no tenants so they can all rot in hell
