I was about to sign a 13-month lease and came across this website. I would like to say THANK YOU FOR YOUR POSTS. Who ever comes across this website please believe everything they are saying. The day I found out about this website I called Aventura Harbor and asked the lady (who doesn't speak good english)if they house people from a rehab program' She told me that, "that was personally information and she could not diclose that information to me." I lost my $100.00 holding fee, but it beats signing a 13-month lease to a rehab program.

I wish I would have known. I am stuck in a 13 month lease and count the days.
