Compared to other communities in the area, this is a great place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The maintenance are very quick respectful. They have always knocked on my door when they came to my apartment to fix something. The community itself is very well kept. The pool area is clean, you have tennis courts and a great gym with state of the art equipment. The location is very convenient also. Your close to Aventura Mall, Winn Dixie and I95. I would recommend this place to anyone.
