Anyone who wrote a positive review for these piece of ---- apartments is either employed here, screwing an employee here, or is just dumb as hell and have no idea what quality is. These apartments are exactly what most reviews here have stated "Hell on Earth" and perhaps worse. The truth of the matter is that the management are a bunch of ignorant, arrogant non-helpfuls who are completely rude. They haven't the slightest idea of the meaning of the word "professionalism." I have not had one positive encounter with them in the entire time I've been here. Contrary to the belief of the folk who have made positive reviews, it is not because i haven't paid my rent on time, and I have never faced eviction. Also, the policies that are in place are written to protect the landlord and the tenant's have very few rights. Thats right. No pets, No friends or family at the community pool or picnic area, and absolutely No way to get out of the lease even if you give over a three month notice. Yes, they will say that they will sue you, ruin your credit and keep your deposit before you leave. The pictures of the property are nice, however they are quite deceiving. The waterfall swimming pool that seduced me into renting here, is rarely clean, the whirlpool is absolutely filthy, and does not work...Ever... The equipment in the so-called "Gym" is not worth using. One would fare better jogging around the complex. The amenities within the apartment are old as dirt, for instance the air conditioning units are so old and take so much electricity to run that they will completely inflate your electricity bill. They money you save by renting here, as it is less expensive than other apartments in the area by approximately $150-350 per month, you will spend on inflated utility bills and also pay with your state of mind and perhaps your health. I have had my water bill sky rocket because the toilet is roting and water continues to run for days after one flush. I had to report to management this problem 3X's before they did any thing about it and they didn't adequately fix it so I was having the same problem again within two months. One month I received a $127 water bill when the water bill is supposed to be no more than $4.00 for a single unit per month. The lighting in halls of many of the building is non existent, the carpet harbors offensive odors and needs to be replaced. On occasion, I have walked up the stairs to find ---- in the stairwell, I don't mean ---- figuratively but quite literally. Mounds of ---- in the damn stairwell, if that isn't hazardous to your health I don't know what is. I have spoken with a number of residents and this is happening in more than a few of the buildings. You would be completely embarrassed to invite over friends when the halls and stairwells smell so bad you have to hold your breath to walk down your hall. And once you get into your individual apartment you realize that the odors have seeped into your individual unit. Also, many of the the community washer and dryers are broken and they don't post which ones don't work and you end up losing money that you spend on washing and you lose your time because you have to wash them all over again. You might as well go to the laundry mat. Oh, and these are supposedly new machines, so why don't they work''' Recently, the landlord has endeavored to tar the roves of many of the buildings so you wake up to pounding on the roof and the smell of Tar. Yummy. Parking is bad. The parking spots are very narrow so some vehicles take up more space so you may have to park in Guest parking and walk through the complex to get to your apartment. I don't know who wants to do that after they get off of work. Plus if your vehicle is of the large variety they will occasionally have you towed you if you park slightly over the line. Speaking of a double edged sword. Security sucks. Once the guards think they are familiar with you or your guest they stop checking before they let someone in. Also, I'm not going to say too much, but you don't actually need the electronic key to get in,there are tricks to get in at the gate that many people know. So safety...i don't too much know about that. It is overall a bad experience and I would completely recommend that you reconsider moving into these apartments. It just isn't work the money, conveyance of the location or what ever other reason you were considering moving here. I would definitely prefer to drive the extra distance, and spend the extra money. If only i could turn back the hands of time.
Oh I forgot to mention that anyone who works here can come

I agree with this person. I used to live there. This person forgot to mention the danger there is by living next to a bunch of recovering drug addicts. Also, at the end of my lease which I completed it properly, they came to me stating I got rid of the balcony carpet when I asked them to remove it because I found a lot of worms underneath due to the rain. Only a stupid person can come up with the idea of having carpets out in the balcony. They cut my deposit by almost $300 for a 4x10' piece of carpet which I didn't even remove it myself. I guess they have no control on what the maintenance guys do. It's a complete mess.
I brought up the subject of living next to recovering drug addicts because I have two daughters and it was real concern for me whenever they came back from school or wanted to go to their friends' apartments.
If you have kids, please don't go there.
Don't rent here for your good. You'll regret it if you do.
