I don't Understand the bad reviews. From: traveler4k@aol.com Date posted: 5/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I am perplexed by the bad reviews here. My apartment (514) in building 1 is stunning. I have a BEAUTIFUL pool view and it is nicely equipped and quiet. The maintenance is always courteous and prompt (be sure to speak with Desiree if you ever want to lease). The parking situation is tough if you come home late at night but there is always plenty of parking. I am leaving to Los Angeles at the end of August when my lease is over but I would definitely move here the year after when I return! k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
