While staying at this apartment i encountered more than two agents that had attitude and were very lazy. Everytime i had given a service request i would have to call them more 3 times to make sure it got done. Also my apartment was broken in and none of the locks had been broken. When we first question the security manager he said that the matinenace guy had entered the apartment to check a reported leak (which we reported)and might have left the door unlocked then when the police showed up he quickly change his statement to the matinenance guy was only checking the third floor for a leak (on the same side as our apartment, but yes he had a key. Then when the detectives showed up the security manager change his story for the third time saying that the matinence guy had not enter the building yet. Also the security is terrible they park in an area and fall asleep and they only check the area once and awhile. All in all this was the worst year ever. I could deal with an occasional attitude but from all the agents NO that is unacceptable

please check all the door locks...its all broken in each apartment's...all the apartments are very frequently broken in...with or without keys.... I stayed in this horrible place....anyone can just walk in to ur house...worst security...STAY AWAY FROM THIS ------ GATTO APARTMENTS!!!!
