This place is disgusting! The managment is rude, greedy, and worthless. The apartments are covered in bugs and mold. If over half of the residents are showering in the morning you don't have any water pressure and it's cold! The neighbors all smoke so you get to enjoy that luxery as well. The security staff is worthless.... Oh, and you can't get out of a lease unless you pay the entire duration of it. ---- off Aventura Harbor.
