When I first came to this place I thought it was heaven, however, "looks are truelly deceiving." The first day I came here to see the model there was this spanish lady that was eager to help me out (very nice lady...she gave me a price on the unit and then all of a sudden she was fired. They asked that I come up with more money so I said no I had already signed the lease and the only thing I will be coming up with was what I agreed to paying. Later, after I moved in I parked in their 'so call parking gargage,' I was not informed that there was a fee to park there. I did this a few nights in a row, because I was pregnant and parking was a mess (parking spaces are made for bicycles and not cars----way too TINY). This was the closest way to get into my apartment getting off late at night as a expectant mother. Next thing, no warning the fat security-manager wants to be knocks on my apartment door, and say move my car or he will tow it (w/o warning). Ok, I did but he was so rude I wanted to really curse him out. After that there were continous problems with my a/c unit, so I complained. They sent maintanence to fix it everyday, and they never knew what was the problems so I had to go out and buy a fan to keep the cost of my a/c bill down. Then my apartment started to flood due to the a/c, when I called the manager she told me "not to let it mess up their carpeting" (I said you done have me mixed up). I then allowed an FPL contractor to come in and they analyzed the apartment, there comments were the "a/c is over ten years old and the place in in a deplorable state." I then brought it to there attention the managaer (B****) from hell; her responseto me was "aww, well dont know what your talking about." So I went down to the office and curse her a** out and told them if they dont fix it before my baby get sick, it will be a law suit. After, this incident nexts comes and issue with their previous water billing company. Appartantly, I was late to pay them because I had mailed out the bill on time but the postal services were behind on delivery. They had the heart to leave an eviction notice on my door for $4.96. I went to the office 3 times to confront the manager she was never there for me to speak with her. So, I relayed the message to the security, who I told never to let this happen again, because I am never late on my rent and my water doesnt concerned them if I dont want to pay it then shut the s*** off. He was humble this time, because had he not been it would be hell to pay. After this, I have had an issue with my stove from last year no one cared to fix it. It got as bad to where it would ignite at times so I left them and it alone. Then one day I came home from work and my lease had disappeared and my apartment was messed up, no one admitted to taking it so I had them reorder a new one which I take with me everywhere. My final issue among many other problems is that security really does suck here (plus they are always being changed). I had people showing up nightly all hours at my door and no one called to inform me they were coming. I realize that the problem was that security is never at the gate as previously mentioned, and when they are people; just have to say they live here or flirt with them and they let them in. My lease is about to end soon and I cant wait to get out of this hell hole. This has been the worse experience ever and I would never want to live here again, much less recommend this place to anyone. Also, they do give every one different rental rates because on several occassions I had my friends pose as future residents and they were quoted different rates. Besides that every week their is a U-haul in this place and someone is moving. Please unless you have no where else to go do not come here. SOME of the tenants are nasty especially in my building they leave the laundry room and the hallways dirty and you always have to clean up after them. I witness people emptying mess out their cars frequently unto the grounds and these people dont even have control over there kids. It like a circus in my building every weekend and after school hours until morning. Also, the cleaning lady especially this one spanish lady they work her like a dog I feel so bad for her and she is so nice. Unless this is your last resort good luck with the 13 or 14 month lease they will land you with, sad to say you are coming into "hell on earth."
P.S Which apartment take $250.00 from your deposit to clean an apartment after you have left, crazy'
