For the money they charge, Aventura Harbor is not reinvesting at at all. The elevators constantly need mantenance. The Washing Machines stop in mid cycle forcing you to pay twice to clean your clothes. I had an ant infestation that got out of control on a Friday to the point where there was an ant pile in my bed an many other places in my apartment. Their only reply was that I would have to wait until Monday for pest control. Oh yeah, also if you break your lease; they expect you to give two months notice and continue to pay the rent under the lease agreement until they find someone to live in your old unit. I'm at work now, I don't have a lot of time to continue; but i definatley could. STAY AWAY! LIVE IN A BOX FIRST!

p.s. Sometimes you have to walk through a lake to get to your car if it rains. Better not have low profile or lowjack.

p.s. 2 The day before I rented the place 2years ago, the female manager that was there treated me like I was a vagabond; becasue she didn't know who I was. Some strange guy walking up to her inquiring about renting an apartment put her on the defense I guess. I mean, I did have on a sleaveless t-shirt and basketball shorts.
