My apt. has a great view and is in very good condition. Rents are very competitive, and the office staff on the property are very nice. The property is quite lovely, and the bay views are beautiful. It is a garden-like atmosphere, but many apts have nothing views, i.e. the parking lots. The apts. are priced based on the floor level and the view. The rents are increased yearly.

My one big complaint other than the fact that the walls should have been made thicker and the parking spaces are extremely vulnerable to massive amounts of bird ---- is the attitude of the corporate staff of the property owner, Great Atlantic in Virginia. They are impersonal, uncaring, and can be unprofessional, especially an individual named Diane Jones.
