Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
very pretty property. great view of the biscayne bay. the property is kept clean. the cafe and salon have been recently rebiult as they burned out about 1 year ago.
on the flip side, there are lots of kids and the parking is nonexistant at night. the management is not all that but security is better now.
