There have been asaults inside the building complex, even with the fences. Leave your car in the parking lot and it can appear without a stereo and anything valuable inside. The new administration put cops inside the complex, but that doesn't stop anything. Gheto place, bad zone, hookers on the corner of the street. There are other appartments way better for this price. Managment doesn't care even with a police report, and just increase the rent.
