Very beautiful views and beautiful tropical landscaping. Apartments are clean with tiled living areas and carpeted bedrooms. Screened-in terraces are a nice touch. Apartments are very breezy most of the year due to proximity to the bay. Good maintenance, they respond quickly to requests.


On the bad side, there are alot of kids here and lots of people/partying/congestion mostly on the weekends goes on along the lawn by the bay, near the BBQ areas. Keep that in mind if renting an apartment that overlooks this area, it can be noisy. But when there are no people there, it is very tranquil and you can hear crickets and waves lapping on the shore.
