Love the unit, price, location, view; dirty common areas, amenities lacking

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
Best price in town for size/layout/view. New paint & carpet at move in standard. 2 pools, store, restaurant, 2 jacuzzis, lots of parking. *But* kids run in hallways, dogs pee in halls, graffiti in elevators, management office unhelpful, lots of extra people living here who are not registered (sneak in parking & building), no suana, poolside service & valet service minimal (not like sales agent proclaimed.) Dirty common areas, long-term maintenance bad (hall AC out often, fire in 3 units last week b/c of faulty dryer venting.) Older--no hurricane glass. Ugly new exterior paint. Overall--low deposit, low rents for ocean views. Decent value for the money.
