I have lived in the Bay Club for 10 years. It's like the hood now. The place was great for the first five years, and has declined major in the last five. Management gets worse and worse. I love animals but some people have 60 pound dogs and some owners have three dogs. There is always dog crap & urine in the elevator, hallways, and garage. If they're not peeing on you, they're peeing on the floor. It smells like a dog kennel. There are many more children and imature adults than in the old days. The children and adults are irresponsible, and deface the property. The pool is liking going to an amusment park. The carpet is disgusting, and mildewing. The management is rude. I am waiting to see what they will sell them for, and if reasonalbe (which probably wont be) I may buy. I am hoping the management will change and the trashy element will move away.
