OFFICE: I'm not sure where to start. The new company that bought the building is horrendous. The people in the office have zero people skills. They are so rude and have never been the least bit helpful. I have found that they play pass the buck and still never call you back. The office hours they keep also inconvenient to anyone who works and it is impossible to reach anyone after hours. They also tried to tack on a $500 fee to move out, which was absolutely not in my lease agreement that I had signed.

MAINTENANCE: While they were remodeling the building they painted the doors and notified everyone they would be entering the appartments. When I came home I saw that they had spilled paint all over my kitchen floor and hadn't cleaned it up. After a week of insisting the come up to clean up there mess I finally cleaned up the mess myself.

PARKING: My car (along with 30 others) was keyed in the garage and nothing was done to set up security. Later when the units in the building were being sold, they told the new owners that they could park whereever they wanted, while the renters still had assigned parking spaces. So, if someone parked in your spot you were without recourse and essentially had no place to put your car.
