Rats everywhere!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I've been living at the Bay Club for the last three years. Since the building has been sold the managements doesn't care about tenants because they are only concerned with selling the units. Problems: rats everywhere, no security, dirt, no air condition in buildings, can't use the main pool, nor the gym; landscaping every once in a while... It is a complete disaster.
