This place was wonderful when I moved in four years ago. Now, it's a rat-infested hell hole. It's dirty, it stinks, it's unsanitary -- the "lobby" no longer has a floor or chairs. It has been torn up as part of their so-called conversion plans for condos. There are three elevators, and never are all three working at the same time, rarely are two working, and three times recently NONE was working. The office staff, without exception, is stupid and rude. Once inside my apartment, it's quite nice -- decent space, outstanding view. So if you plan to never set foot outside your apartment, you might like it. But if you plan to have a life, good luck every time you have to breathe in the rat excrement while waiting for an elevator that may or may not be working. If you read this and still move here, you will be making the dumbest move of your life.
