I lived here while I was looking for a house to buy. I had a home buyer rider on my lease which would allow me to break the lease when I found a place.

Once I did find a place and tried to leave, I found that they had conveniently "lost" my home buyer rider, and were going to stick me with $7,000 unpaid rent. I went to corporate and they were no help whatsoever.

They ended up putting it on my credit report under collection since I refused to pay. I'm still suffering the consequences... so get and KEEP copies of everything if you move here.
