 I LOVE THIS APARTMENT OF 1940 MARSEILLE DRIVE BECAUSE VERY PRO FRIENDLY OWNER AND MAINTENCE GUYS. ALSO VERY GREAT FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD!!! VERY SAFELY FOR KIDS AND ADULTS TO LIVE IN THIS APARTMENTS!!! IT IS IN HISPANIC COMMUNITY AND MANY STORES ... more

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
