I live at 1300 Collins Drive. The buidling is old and with it comes the usual problems old buildings have. However, premises are kept clean, the location is fantastic (if you don't mind street noise) and very close to the beach. Nice pool. In general it's best to avoid anything after Washington (the further you get from the beach the worst things get). Managment has been quick in responding to any problems I've had.
