Please beware!!!!

Prior to moving in we were told that certain changes would occur in the building, such as the ac units and the painting. After moving in we found out that these were only "talks" and have been taking place for at least 8-10 yrs!!! The building conditions are terrible. The paint is chipping from the exterior. Inside the units the construction of the ac units allows the water to leak in during the rain/hurricane season. This causes mold to grow all over the unit. The two elevators are constanly out of order for weeks at a time. The water is always beeing shut off at the most inconvinient times. The office does not have a one employee that is ever helpful or is aware of whats is going on. The association is the most disorganized committee ever!!! No decisions are ever made but they have board meeting all the time. Please be aware of this building. What ever changes are in the "pipeline" are not. There still is no progress being made for repairs neede after the two hurricanes in Aug and Sep. Very poor investment and trully a hassle. Unfortunate since the area is perfect.!!!!!
