Having lived and owned at BGMCA since 1985 I am happy with my purchase and what it costs to live there.
The view is specatcular and the location helps avoid hours and hours of traffic.
There is noise at times whereever you live.
This building is one of the most expensive on South Beach - go check east of West Ave where there is NO parking available.
BGMCA has some parking which is valuable on the beach.
This building has a 2 hour firewall and I was caught in a fire in the building years ago. This building is built solid concrete block not wood like other buildings.
It isn't a pretty building because the owners don't want to put extra $$$ in the building.
I love the area - I only sleep in the building and go out for the fun.
You cannot beat the view.
go check out how much it would cost if you were to live anywhere on West Ave.
Because you dont' live in the prettiest building on West Ave it's one of the cheapest on SoBe.
If you don't like it at BGMCA then you should move.
