I am extremely grateful to own a unit at Bay Garden. It's an old building with thick walls, something that it's not easy to find in new construction. When I moved in I knew there would be a lot of refurbushing in the future, somenthing that was reflected in the purchase price and therefore I was able to afford an apartment right on the water. The renovations have been difficult to deal with at times but I realize that it is absolutely necessary that this be done. We will all benefit at the end. The current management is exceptional, I am also grateful for that. I wish tenants realized how lucky they are to find affordable living in a glorious location.
