After only a few months in a Chrisken managed apartment it is only too apparent that they care very little for their tenants. My apartment has been plagued by roaches and bugs since the first week with little or nothing ever done. The grounds are poorly maintained with trees overgrown, plants left to die and grass rarely trimmed. The lighting surrounding the apartment entrances is also dangerous and has allowed people who do not live in the building to enter without being detected. I would not recommend living here to even my worst enemy.
