Great Location..But Personnel Needs Work

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
For those of us who live here year around, the "occasional" renters leave a "little to be desired". The Valet staff is exceptional, always helpful and courteous and willing to go "that extra step". The front office personnel really needs TRAINING in quest services, usually act like "it is an effort to assist".

The location makes up for most of the "concerns".
