1. Constant drilling and noise which travels 5-6 stories... be prepared for no sleep if neighbors are noisy through paper thin walls

2. Had my stuff stolen right out of my apartment building room while I slept!! VERY SCARY

3. SECURITY HORRIBLE

4. STAFF hates tenants... and are very uncourteous

5. no parking for guests... they have valet, but "it is always full.."

6. Pool is horrible, dirty, unkempt, and there is no jacuzzi!!

7. Hand recognition system to enter pool area and gym doesn't work half the time.. so you have limited access.. all the time.. unless you are lucky enough to see security around to, god forbid, help you
