The apartment has double glazed windows (new) and it was very quiet. My unit has washer and dryer, but small. We use laundry down the hall (on each floor). Just redid pool and lobby. Great and easy access to beach through gate by pool. Great place, but each unit is owned by different people so be sure to ask alot of questions.
