This apartment complex seemed like it had all the amenities to live by the beach, a pool/hot tub, small gym, salon in the building, all but SECURITY.

I lived there in 2001 and there were transients living there, druggies, and even women that looked like skanky model/prostitutes.

I don't know if its changed because of new ownership, but I got attacked in the building lobby by an illegal alien wearing a T-Shirt that said, "Bad Attitude", who didn't live there, and was buzzed in by an East European type prostitute.

I chased him outside, got him arrested, while the Building Manager came on the scene knowing full well HE was liable for this happening in the first place.

Oh, and he had the audacity to show me his surveillance cameras days after the attack occurred.

Oh, and I had to wait 3 months to get a parking spot.
