Lies and more lies, again, more lies

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I am dying to move out, they are refusing to allow me to leave unless I paid $3,500.00 in penalties, they are crazy.
Must tenants are (not) renewing there lease,
The parking is a very bad night mare.
If you want you car dented and items stolen, this is the place to live.
