These people are good....good con-artists.
I have heard every excuse in the book EXCEPT the "truth"...the facility WILL BE a GREAT Resort but they need to Rent more Apts thus lure anyone in so that YOU (the tenant) can finance theirConstruction/Beautification Project.
They are desperate for RENT and in the last 6 months they have leased to "less than desirable" tenants just to fill up the South and North Buildings otherwise they are not able to get the Certificate of Occupancy to lease out their Mammoth Inferior-Constructed Tower,,,,just look at ALL those cracks and Building Flaws....Someone must really know someone in BLDG & ZONING to get away with all those "construction mistakes"....I rent there because it's convenient and they are deperate for TENANTS....I wouldn't recommend it as a Long-term lease....milk it to your benefit.
