I have lived here for a few months and from everything else I looked at on the beach, I felt this was the best price and location. I had lived at the Mirador for a year and wasn't pleased at all and by comaprison this place is much better run, cleaner and I have more included in my rent. (A/C, Water, Laundry in my apt and parking included.) At other places on the beach I would be paying an arm and a leg for parking and A/C.
As for the construction, I knew of it when I moved in, and I am content with the way it has been progressing. I think the grounds are beautiful, security is abundant so I feel safe and there are great parties every week for the residents which is a great way to meet new people in the building.
