1. Clearly a staff member wrote that ?review?... and as the previous review mentioned, it just proves our point. Could that be any less professional'

I have to agree that there are plenty of ?babies? here, spoiled rich kids, etc... and they seem to be complaining about silly things (like having to walk in the rain, or walk 1/10th of a block to get their car... move to the suburbs if you don?t want to walk anywhere). But the worst part is that management has responded to these complaints and ignored the legitimate/serious complaints. Many of the complaints in these reviews are legitimate... and there clearly was more that could have been done during the extensive renovations to accommodate the promised ?luxury living?.

3. Most of the staff are great. The main thread in these postings is definitely the leasing staff?s willingness to verbally promise the world, and then try to get away with omitting such promises/amenities/accommodations from the actual lease. It?s dishonesty in the name of filling the units that is inflaming the residents.

The other main complaint is definitely the thickness of the walls and the people to whom they are renting.... whatever... if they can pay the rent, good for them... if they are breaking rules/laws, report it.

There are clearly shortcomings for the rent we pay, however the grounds and staff... especially Jennifer Suskin who continually turns out great events around town and on-site, are worth noting positively.
