The Management at the Grand Flamingo can be called nothing other than flat out liars. We were lied to our face regarding parking, amenities, what would be included in the rent, etc. Not to mention all of the power failures, lack of water, moronic valet system, fire alarms, constant failure of the a/c system, etc. This building is a joke, we are not renewing our lease. I would strongly deter anyone from moving into this sorry excuse for a home. THIS PLACE SUCKS! Don?t let the beautiful exterior fool you.
