Re: ALL YOU TENANTS ARE BABIES From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/23/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   Indeed the valets, concierges, and definitely maintenance folks here earn their money because unfortunately they are the first line to hear any complaints when the problems are entirely not their fault-but management's. Those 3 staffs are always friendly and helpful, agreed. But now that you have replied and clearly are not one of those 3; (1) when I moved in I had valet parking at my building for my two cars. Now they have to be parked at another building and I will have to pay for it-and you cut the valet staff and they've begun smashing cars because those poor folks are underpaid/overworked. (2)I never requested parties thrown by the building for a small group 21 years olds with 93.1 radio station, how about sponsoring 105.9 -although that is what I am now paying for with my rent-how about giving me back my gym' (3)The only reason you had to install shuttle service you schmucks is because you took away parking in the south tower and the older people can't make running that distance in the rain-you should have at least made an exception for those seniors to keep their parking. Most people use the view yes, but give me a break with the carrying the bags- I've seen like 5 people do it and again its because you made the elderly park on the other side of town. I have resided here 2 years, complained loudly twice and it took over a month for anyone to get back to me. Management here is horrible. You would be fired at any other company with this level of service. Management doesn't take any advice from criticism here, they just instead go and beat up on one those 3 service groups and tell them they're doing something wrong, very childish-very corrupt why has it taken 6 months to put grass in the center court, because you didn't have a license for grass, no because you had no cash for a $1000 license. This place is broke and a nightmare to deal with. If you wasted your time reading this, then don't make the mistake, if you were my friend I wouldn't ever let you consider the Grand Flop.
