I've only stayed here recently but the leasing and management staff have been super friendly. I hope not to run into any problems that other people on this site have had, but I'm in the new, central tower and the place is sick.

However, I must comment on the reason I stay here. The girls. Sex sells, there are just hotties everywhere here, and I'm sold. It's verging on ridiculous. This is the reason one would move to S Beach, so this must be the place to stay. I've visited some other places around Miami and do have to say that this is the place to be. They just had a Playboy swimsuit fashion show here on the 4th of July and I was more impressed by the girls at the pool than the playmates. Guess they just don't need airbrushing down here.

Construction should be finished some time soon and you can really see the place taking shape... I can't imagine how hot this place will be when everything is done. There are minor inconveniences, but they seem well worth being here before this place explodes. It's like showing up to the VIP 10 min before the line to the club wraps around the block.

You move to SBeach for one reason, the scene. As far as I can tell, this is it.
