Three Words... Paper Thin Walls...

... for this reason alone, the prices are AT LEAST $300 / month too high. They clearly went with the lowest bidder when they ?renovated? the existing towers, and it seems they subdivided existing two bedrooms into 1 bedroom units and adjoining studio units.
Most everything else (besides leasing staff) is great. The construction is almost done (meaning still another year to go, by Florida standards) and the place looks great.
The management/leasing offices desparately need to address two things before having the nerve to charge what they?re charging... SoBe or not.
1. Paper thin walls.
2. College students and very immature "young adults" sharing 1 or more apartments with WAY more people in each apartment than allowed... & of course the obnoxious low-class quality of the people. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
