Grand Flamingo

Don't do it!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/8/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The Grand Flamingo is false advertising at its best. Thin walls, broken ACs, nightmare valet parking, immature college students pulling fire alarms, constant construction and an avoidant leasing office staff make for a terrible experience at this otherwise seemingly beautiful SoBe locale. The gym that was supposed to open Jan 2003 is still 'under construction.' For the rent they charge, residents should be treated worlds better. The landscaping receives more attention than the actual residents.
