BOURGOISIE PROJECTS- DON'T MOVE HERE

Its been about a month since I had moved out of the Flamingo, and there is STILL not one good thing that I can say about the Flamingo. My whole experience (which is very similar to the other reviews) was horrible: paper thin walls (you can hear your neighbor's whole conversation); a management who just does not give a damn about you but your money; security guards that will curse you out, flirt with you, try to be your pal, but are actually useless in keeping the residents safe (all of these scenerios had been my personal experience); the lack of security (though there are security guards (the "decoration"), there are too many entrances for strangers to walk into the buildings, without being asked for identification, etc. I'm really surprised that I have not heard about any crimes on the premises.
I see the ads and I hear the commercials on the radio and I laugh to myself because these ads keep on mentioning a gym that does not exist!
How can I forget about the VALET. Basically you can't park your own car but you have to valet, unless you want to pay an extra fee. So basically everyone valets. I have had money stolen from my car, my personal items shuffled through in my car. Some of the female valets are very nice but most of the guys are real jerks who do not listen. You can call for your car an hour ahead of time and go downstairs to find that noone got your car! Its still on the third floor!
There used to be a business center, well not anymore.
I was fortunate to live in the North building, but if I had to lug my groceries and stuff across that garden to get to the South building, I think I would have had to break the lease and move out!
I cant't forget the days I woke up to have NO HOT WATER, or no water, or no electricity b/c of all of the construction going on.
If you want to live in a peaceful place with no hassles, this is NOT the place. Don't get me wrong, the premises are beautiful, but that is it. It is all a facade. Plus, the quality of residents is going down. I am soooo happy that I no longer live here and I am grateful to be able to share this information and hopefully some people will read these before moving in.
