Horrible....Don't be fooled by the Exterior

I've lived here about three months and can't wait to move. All of the other postings are correct. The Valet is a joke, I have called for my car and then go downstairs and no car. Usually have to wait about 20 minutes for my car. Just today I receive a notice under my door stating that any Plumbing repairs (toilets, sinks, tubs..etc) will cost $45.00per call(between 8:00 & 4:30pm) and $65.00 per call (between 4:30 & 8:00pm).
Also, Light Bulb replacement is between $20.00 to $30.00 per call. This is CRAZY!!!!
Basically you're on your own.
The thing is, they are not renting any apartmets. I live in the 'new' tower and I think there are maybe 6 people on my floor out of maybe 40 apartments. So, they are trying to squeeze their current tenents for money.
