Grand Flamingo

Hell IS A VERY PRETTY PLACE! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/2/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I know that hell is right here on earth and it is called the Grand Flamingo!I admit to the temptation of the look of it.6 months I have been selling my soul!!! There is not enough time to write about all the problems. Starting with the valet and ending with sugar ants taking over my apt. No one who lives here is happy! You are lied to over and over but you are dealing with the devil. Going by the pool is so annoying yes that radio station is awful why do we have to put up with that'Also they have events we can not even go to! Just try to get to work on time and keep your car nice it wont happen! Getting them to spray forget it 4 weeks it took when they said wednesday!! Now this charging for repairs its there crappy property!!!! As far as the new tower am I the only one who noticed it is leaning'Thus Jeffery I question if you are resident because you would know these complaints are not dubious. Many are taking easy on the place!!Its clear to me this place is broke so they take out on the residents they write awful things about! That is the mentality you can count on!!! RENT HERE NO WAY! THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER CHOICES!!!!!!
