this god forsaken place is a dump. there is trash everywhere. and there are too many cuban people here...and they smell like poo. and the walls are too thin. i can hear people upstairs walking around, turning on the water, and doing the nasty. i told management about it, but i doubt if they do anything. my neighbor is a total -----, i sure wish she would keep her legs closed. parking is really crappy too, but its ok because my car was stole so it wasn't like i needed a parking place.

the flamigo is a dump. the halls are dirty they never clean. the elevators are flity. the mail room is dirty. the people they rent to are the bottom of the barrel people. this is not luxury. people leave garbage in front of there apartment door. they have sex in the pool. the management here is a joke they don't return calls. it takes months to get things repaired it they show at all. people toss cig's off the balcony. the garbage area always smells. I live on the third floor and the garbage shoot is filled up to my floor. this is the apartment building from hell. if you have 1 ounce of respect for yourself don't move here. the people who live in this building are low class.

Wake up man..that was 5 years ago you're talking about. I moved here in 2000 and yea, the place was a mess. Now, five years later, i am happy to say I live in one of the most beautiful places on the beach. The lanscaping is top dollar..the views, unbelievable, security is tight and oh yea, I'm able to moor my boat right outside my door. Too bad you left so early. Chances are you got evicted and that's a good thing, seeing as you sound like a predjudiced ass-hole.
