From: FLAMINGOSUX Date posted: 4/20/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   1) Paper thin walls 2) Poor management 3) Valet that are consistantly damaging cars and laugh about it later 4) PAY FOR THE GYM''' PLEASE... 5) PAY FOR LAUNDRY FACILITIES''' PLEASE... 6) PAY FOR MAINTAINANCE NOW''' That is absurd I will be surprised if this building is still in business in 6 months, It seems very corrupt. ---------------CAUTION---------------------- < PLACE IS VERY NICE LOOKING FROM THE OUTSIDE, BUT MANAGEMENT LIES, THE HOT LEASING GIRLS LIE, VALET LIES, AND THE BUILDING IS JUST A HEADACHE TO LIVE IN... ESP FOR THE MONEY. YOU WILL REGRET LIVING HERE!!!! WANT MY ADVICE, LOOK IN CONDO BUILDINGS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE SUBLEASING. (get a real estate agent -FOR FREE) NO HEADACHES WITH MGM'T, AND GENERALLY A HAPPIER PLACE TO LIVE.
