I have been living here for 2 years and 3 months, and I think is an awsome place to live.
By the way is not Grand Flamingo ANYMORE, it's called FLAMINGO SOUTH BEACH......
The Leasing Office people are very attentive and very Professional when it cames to rent you the right apartment, also very friendly.....
A Few friends of mine already moved to the property, and because of that I had $500 Referral fee, and I love it.
Events are always happening , like fashion shows, and pools events, with a lot of beautiful people.
This is the best place to live in South Beach Area, it goes with South Beach Style, So if you don't make the South Beach Style , you probably should move to North Dakota.....

South beach style? You must have you head so far up your ass you can't think for yourself. The " south beach style " is more like a cartoon, fake ass people with out any soul or substance. Just know the whole time that people who come from a real city are LAUGHING AT YOU THE WHOLE TIME!
